SC Borbense – Plácido Simões Trophy
This Saturday afternoon saw another edition of the Plácido Simões Trophy, an occasion on which, every season, we honour the memory of our honorary member Plácido Simões and, at the same time, present our senior team. The visiting team was Sporting de Viana do Alentejo – SCVA, who proved to be the better side, winning the Trophy 0–3, a result that was effectively decided during the first half. In what was our final pre-season friendly, we would like to take this opportunity to thank Sporting de Viana do Alentejo – SCVA for their participation and wish them a fantastic season. Our senior team will make their debut in Santana next weekend in the Dinís Vital Cup.
