SC Borbense – AFE Centenary Gala, and appearance on Channel 11

This Friday evening once again brought honour to SC Borbense, the local council and the region, and the spotlight was truly on us for all the right reasons. The AFE Centenary Gala was the occasion on which, through the Training Organisations Certification scheme, we received the distinction for Men’s Football (3 stars) and Women’s Football (2 stars). At the same time, in the city of Évora itself, we appeared on a programme on Canal 11, in which we were cited as one of the fastest-growing clubs in women’s football within the AFE, and where we had the opportunity once again to draw the attention of the relevant authorities to the great deal we achieve with the limited resources at our disposal. Nevertheless, we will continue to move forward together, to uphold the good name of the club, the town and the region. Congratulations to the AFE, and congratulations to everyone who makes it happen every day. We’ll carry on together.
